Carbase Lympsham were great because everything was explained to me and it didn't seem like Matthew just wanted a sale. He wasn't pushy and he made me feel comfortable. I was able to test drive the vehicle and take it away the same day even when the system went down as it had all week. The only reason my rating was a 9/10 was because the car was not able to be washed due to how busy it was and also the adblue was completely out. I had to fill up just over 10 litres after i bought the car. Overall my experience was excellent.
